Ordering Process:
You can order by sending us an email on info@ponz.com.au or call Ponz on 02 9517 3439 or 0431 272 915.

Payment Options:
For phone orders and internet orders we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Bank transfers and money orders can be arranged if required.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Shipping:
We use Australia Post to ship the majority of our parcels. Couriers can be arranged by negotiation. International by negotiation please call us to place an order + 612 9517 3439

Australia wide delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

$7.95 for parcels up to 2 kg
$12 for parcel up to 3kg

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in never been worn condition with tags and receipt for exchange or credit note only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
